Results Menu

The Results menu allows you to access all of the output generated by running the model. This menu contains seven commands, two of which display an additional nine commands:

    • Drawdown
    • Overall Budget
    • Flow across Cell Faces
      • Front Face
      • Right Face
      • Lower Face
    • Flow into Storage
    • Flow into Constant Head Cells
    • Flow into Stress Cells
      • Drains
      • Evapotranspiration
      • General Head Boundary
      • Recharge
      • Rivers
      • Wells

With the exception of Overall Budget, each of the commands will display a results overlay containing data generated by MODFLOW for each cell and the Results window which will allow you to shift through the different layers, stress periods, or time steps. Each result has been saved for the layer(s), stress period(s), and time step(s) you specified within the Output Control window. Consult the section on Graphic Groundwater windows later in this chapter for more information on the Results window. The Overall Budget command displays the Overall Budget window, which is also described in detail later in this chapter.
