Hardware and Software Requirements

Graphic Groundwater is designed to operate on a personal computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, or Windows NT (herein referred to as Windows) operating systems. The minimum hardware and software needed to operate Graphic Groundwater are:

  1. A hard drive with at least 10 Mb of free space.


  2. A minimum of 16 MB of RAM. Additional RAM enhances performance.


  3. A display of at least 15 inches diagonal set at a minimum of 800 by 600 resolution. Graphic Groundwater should function at any resolution greater than or equal to 800 by 600. The code has not been tested for any custom font sizes, but has been run under the following resolutions at both Small and Large Fonts:


    1. 800 by 600
    2. 1024 by 768
    3. 1152 by 864
    4. 1280 by 1024
    5. 1600 by 1200


  4. A 32-bit version of Microsoft Windows (anything after Windows 3.1).


  5. A mouse.
